No, this isn’t going to be a post about the budget. I’ve said everything I’m going to say on Twitter. To be honest, it’s mostly an ‘I’m not drunk or dead post’.
It’s been 13 days since I last had a drink. Went out on Sunday and realised how boring drunks really are.
I’m not dead. I know this because I’ve catalogued about 150 old hardcover children’s books, and flung 100 or so away. They’re going on Ebay and will either make me a fortune or sit around getting in my way. My asthma is fucked and I stink of dusty books.
So that’s that until I come up with something worth posting. Until then, here’s some Auteurs, whose New Wave album I completely forgot existed until last night. Weird considering they were one of my favourite bands as a teenager.
